Pheon has a very strong leadership team of specialists, bringing together the best of clinical and managerial expertise with a proven track record in targeted oncology therapies and ADCs.
Myles has over 15 years of early phase oncology drug development experience.
He began his career as a study coordinator and program manager at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, overseeing Phase 1 oncology trials as part of the Dana Farber Harvard Cancer Center and HIV oncology trials as part of the AIDS Malignancy Consortium. Since moving to biotech, Myles has held various leadership roles across Clinical Operations, Clinical Science, and Clinical Development. Among these, he has led small molecule and immune-oncology trials at Curis, Jounce, and most notably at Cullinan Oncology (now Cullinan Therapeutics), where he led Cullinan’s exon20 inhibitor program, CLN-081 (zipalertinib), from initial study design to Breakthrough Designation to initiation of its pivotal trial.
Myles has a BS in biology and an MBA from Northeastern University.
